Following your request to sample a new product, our Clinical Services team will call you to discuss your needs, offer advice and send you the most appropriate product solution for you to try.

Add the product that suits your needs to your basket and check out

Search for the Coloplast product you would like to sample and add it to your basket, ticking the “I would like to sample” box. Proceed to checkout and complete your details to place the sample request.

You need to have an account with Coloplast Charter to place your online sample request, it’s easy to set up during the checkout process.

We will call you

Once we have received your request, one of our experienced Clinical Assistants will contact you to offer advice on any specific issues you may be facing and discuss the most suitable product options for you.

Your sample products will be dispatched

All product samples will be delivered in discreet packaging by DPD.
